This course bundle is geared toward the soil fumigation pest management commercial applicator. This course bundle contains 4 credits of soil fumigation (category 21) training. This course bundle may be paired with any core bundle to fulfill recertification requirements. All courses have been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

Soil Fumigation Pest Control (Category 21) Training:
- Soil Fumigation Pest Management – 4 credits
There are many regulations and requirements for the use fumigation products. One of the biggest requirements is preparing a fumigation management plan (FMP). This course will help you navigate the requirements of a fumigation product label, SDS sheet, and Applicator’s Manual, and will also walk you through a step-by-step demonstration of how to fill out an FMP for the control of burrowing rodents.
After completing this course participants will be able to:
- Employ fumigation techniques while following the regulations and requirements outlined this course.
- Estimate amounts of product to use in any application and the time it takes to complete an FMP for billing purposes.
- Prepare and write an FMP for the use of fumigation for the control of burrowing rodents.
